We began in 1998 in the family living room and has grown to its own campus in Vorna Valley, northern Lusaka, that provides quality education for nearly 200 children from two years old. We have a vision to attain a world in which all learners can read & write, and are sufficiently numerate.

Afternoon Activities
Afternoon activities are compulsory and run from Monday to Wednesday. Learners are expected to participate fully and responsibly. As temperatures rise, we encourage parents to consider ordering fresh lunches from our school kitchen. Lunch is available at ZMW 1,500 for the term. Please note: Thursdays and Fridays are half-days, with school running from 08:00 to 13:10 hrs.
Homework & Reading
- English and Mathematics homework is assigned daily.
- Other subjects are assigned at least once a week.
- Reading and spelling are given every day.
We kindly ask parents to sign homework books regularly to support learner accountability.
Individual Reading & Progress Books
Our motto, “Read and write to achieve literacy,” reflects our deep commitment to reading. We encourage parents to listen to their children read daily and sign the progress record book. Please note:
- Lost or damaged reading books incur a replacement fee of ZMW 500.
- Progress books must be kept in good condition.
- The “Parent–Teacher Communication Page” in the progress book is a vital tool—please use it actively.
- Lost or damaged progress books must be replaced immediately at ZMW 500.

Although officially marked on 5th October, we will celebrate on Friday with a colour-coordinated picnic for learners and teachers. Normal lessons will continue.

Zambian Day (Bring a Dish)
A celebration of our heritage! Learners will showcase performances reflecting their understanding of Zambian identity. Each learner is asked to bring a traditional dish to share.
