HOMEWORK
Please note that English and Mathematics homework is given every day, while other subjects are assigned at least once a week. Parents and guardians are kindly reminded to ensure that homework books are signed. Daily reading and spelling practice will also be provided to support continuous learning. Our motto is “Read and write to achieve literacy.” Because of this, we place great importance on developing strong reading habits in all our learners. We kindly encourage parents and guardians to set aside time each day to listen to your child read. After each reading session, please remember to sign the progress record book to help us track their growth and celebrate their achievements.
PROGRESS BOOKS
All learners are issued a Progress Book at the beginning of the year. This book records important information about each learner’s academic progress and must therefore be kept in good condition throughout the year. We also encourage parents and guardians to make full use of the Parent–Teacher Communication Page in the Progress Book. This helps us maintain open, consistent communication in support of your child’s learning.
